• Human life is short. In Bolivia, for example, life expectancy in women is 71
years, more than men who were 66 years old.
• The big problem is modern life is very difficult, from the "fast foods",
sedentary life and stress that kills us
• That is very important to have healthy habits for good health . Today we will
see six healthy habits
• 1. Drink a glass of water when get up

• you must have a good state of hydration, for a good functioning

• 2. You have thirty minutes of exercise a day

• for a healthy and stress-free life



• 3. sleep seven to eight hours

• Lack of sleep causes nervous irritability, lack of concentration.


• 4. Never eat in excess. Moderate portions

• produces obesity and health problems
