Blair would definitely be an autocratic leader because in the show Gossip Girl,
Blair is always used to having things her way and she wants to control
everything. She constantly tells her friends what to do and she gets very upset
when she’s not in control. Some additional reasons why she would be an
autocratic leader are that she has all of the power from her group, she controls
everything and she closely supervises the people who work for her.

Regina George from Mean Girls

Regina would also be an autocratic leader because at her high school, she
controls everything and sets new trends. She also doesn’t like it when things
don’t go her way or when people don’t listen to her. She makes many decisions
throughout the movie Mean Girls with little input from her friends and she
expects everyone to do exactly what she says.

because he’s very good with people
and because he values what other
people think and want. Some of the
reasons why Chris would be a
democratic leader are that he would
distribute the responsibilities,
empower his group members and the
group of employees would also help
him with the decision making.

Spencer would definitely be a
democratic leader because
whenever she’s making a decision
in the show, she always takes
input from other people and
works well with her group of
friends. She always relies on their
advice even though she makes
most of the final decisions. She
still always encourages her group
members to state their opinions
and share their ideas to help her
come to the final decision.
LAISSEZ-FAIRE LEADER
THE LEADER WHO IS LAID BACK AND WHO LEAVES THE EMPLOYEES ALONE TO
DO THEIR JOBS.

Rio would be a laissez-faire leader
because he just lets the people that
work for him do their jobs and he
doesn’t really watch over them. He
gives very little guidance to the
people who work for him and he
also gives them some freedom.

Jesus would also be a laissez-faire
leader because he’s very laid back
and he’s not controlling at all. He
doesn’t expect people to follow him
and he isn’t the type of person who
needs things done his way. He
works well with others and if he
was a manager then he would
allow his group members to make
their own decisions.
