I believe that a community organizer should have the traits of a good leader who has

the ability to make plans for the betterment of the community he/she is belonging. I believe
that he/she should have the personal traits of being observant, well-disciplined, responsible
and flexible.

Observant because he/she should be able to identify the problems occurring in the
community and has the eyes for everything to assess situations that are good or bad and
beneficial or not. A well-disciplined person also plays an important role in community
organizing cause this trait will help the community at peace. A community organizer should
also have the trait of being a responsible person who is well aware of the circumstances of
every step or decision that he/she makes and he/she should be also a flexible person who can
do multi tasks and can adapt easily to any situations.

Adding these all up would simply tell that a community organizer should be a good
leader. A good leader who is a role model to anyone and encourages them to take part for the
betterment of the community not only for the community but also for themselves. I could
imagine myself as a community organizer or a part of the community organizing in our
university because I can possess these kind of traits.
