EXPLANATION:
The problem or issue facing by the people in Barangay Cabacnitan was the Lack
of knowledge in sex education where the number of pregnancy cases have been seen to
ascend. In this case, pregnant women are incapable of doing heavy tasks considering the
situation of living they’re experiencing in Barangay Cabacnitan, they are unable to
maintain adequate sources of food and income which in worse scenario could lead to
poverty.
