SITUATION
Introduction
The results of periodical examinations and year-end
achievement tests conducted by the Curriculum
Implementation Division in the recent School Year 2018-
2019 revealed that there are competencies which are
not mastered and need immediate interventions to meet
the required competencies per grade level. Moreover,
the Mean Percentage Score of Filipino are still below 75%
of proficiency level despite remediation activities
conducted by the teachers. Further, learning materials
are insufficient and the localized materials provided by
the teachers are not within the standards of the Learning
Resource Management and Development System.
Relative thereto, this application project
capacitates the School Heads, as Instructional Leader to
