 What is Rolling?

•Process of bending sheets into curved form

•Elegant shapes may be folded without streching,tearing
•Works on the principle of three point bending

 Working Principle

• The gap between the top and lower rolls can

be adjusted by the screw rod
• The rollers are adjusted in triangular form two
bottom and one top roller
• Rollers bend according to the set of radius
• The both end of the shaft are fitted with bevel
pinion engaged with bevel gear and power is
transmitted .
• The Shaft has uniform circular cross section
• We will use hollow shaft because less bending
moment and has high strength

• With our shaft driven bicycle there will be
no grease on your hands and clothes.
