in june 16 1911 by
“Charles Ranlett Flint” .

It was incorporated as the Computing

- Tabulating-Recording Company

Flint recruited “Thomas J Watson Sr” from NCR

company in 1914.
The company assumed its present name in 1924 under
the leadership of Thomas Watson.

IBM’s one of the product is

SAGE Console in 1950.

SAGE was the first large computer network to provide

man-machine interaction in real time.
