INTRODUCTION
• With the advent of 20th century, people started believing in
the fact that there are no two individuals who are born exactly
identical. When we say “identical”, it means both physical
features and thought process.
• Defination :-
These involve the ability of a person to listen well,
understand the words and emotional content of what they hear,
speak well with others, express their thoughts and emotions
clearly, and use tact when speaking with others

• Emotional Quotient (EQ) V/s Intelligence
Quotient (IQ)
• people the skills of addressing individual
differences positively, instead of avoiding them.
• SI was adaptive and flexible to social
environment
• influence others through his physical
appearance, mood, body language, good looks
and good clothes , body language.
Dimensions of intelligence
• There are six Dimension (A,S,P,E,A,K)
• (A)Abstract Conceptual reasoning, manipulating verbal,
mathematical & symbolic information (Intengible)
• (S) Social Interacting successfully with others in various
contexts.
• (P) Practical "Common sense" capabilities; the ability to solve
problems & get things done.
• (E) Emotional Self-insight & the ability to regulate or manage
one's reactions to experience.
• (A) Aesthetic Appreciation of form, design and
relationships.(Create beauty)
• (K) Kinesthetic Movement of Whole-body competence, e.g.
singing, dancing, flying an airplane

Definition :-
Emotional Quotient describe an ability or capacity to perceive,
assess and manage the emotions of one’s self, and of other.
• first introduced to a wide audience in 1995
• People started realizing that only Intelligence Quotient is not
sufficient to run a business successfully. In order to have a
sustainable business, it’s always very important to keep
interacting with your customers

• Nature of Intimidate and threaten people.we “I’’
instead of “WE”

• Getting the work within deadline.
• No Arrangement for share own Idea, only putting on number,
compare each other.
• Divided work place with ideological and behavioral, as
opposed to assignments and job responsibilities.
• When people get too comfortable in their roles of managers,
they stop having creative ideas_ procrastination, detachment,
discouragement, and frustration among employees across the
board.
• So, Teams that focus together, perform better.
Conclusion

• SI not innate quality .we not getting social quality by blessed


its need a more practice for right things and applying right on
time.
• Today world people realize important of effective
communication, transfer information ,idea in such manner
that it influences listeners
