 STC (Saudi Telecom company) considered as the leading national


provider of telecommunication services in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
The company is working continuously to fulfill and satisfy the market
requirements, keeping pace with the emerging technologies in the
telecommunications sector and satisfying its customer's needs. STC has
put in its consideration that, this is the way to reinforce its position and
identity in view of a changing world where the role and usage of
telecommunications became more significant
Nature of the work of the Company?

It Is the first company leader in mobile ,fixed telephony and


Internet services for widely interpreted cities of Saudi Arabia and
abroad as well including Kuwait, India, Malaysia, Indonesia and
South Africa

Benefits that have been gained from the training?

1- Learn how to trade shows and marketing promotions and what


you need it from a variety of techniques and effective way to
gain the client
2--Patience . truly need, a major marketer in his work.
3-- The ability to absorb the anger of customers and solve
problems related to them.
4-Holding exams .. as the time factor is very important for success
in life.
5-Acquire the skill of the team.
6-To gain practical experience as being different from the way of
education and the application of all what has studied
properly
The deficiencies (obstacles) that he faced?

 At the beginning of the training I experienced a


difficulties in the communication system due
to system crashes for certain periods, but they
resolved and overcome the problem in short
period that able me to fully understand and
get benefited from the training period .
Ways and means to improve the program (as he
suggests)?

 Suggested that the program staff to resolve


problems before things start and end the crisis
and the interaction with the themes and the
wishes of the student according to his
inclinations and easily modify the table and

opinion for whatever it is no more the
attention and I wish the program success
