Introduction:-
1) RF Condition are Good, as found from PHR Logs.
Customer reported Call Drop Issues on 26th June:-
1. Call Drop:-  8:59
2) From OSS KPIs, YGN00213 U900 Cell RTWP found High after Neighbor
2. Call Drop:- 9:03 YGN00251 L900 Cell On air.
3. Call Drop:- 9:16 3) YGN00213 B Sector observed little overshooting, that also increased the
4. Call Drop 17:30 RTWP on U900 Sectors.
5. Call Drop:- 17:33
6. Call Drop:- 17:50

1) Interference KPIs
YGN00213 U900 Cell Interference due to L900 Neighbor YGN00251 on 29 th May.

2) YGN00213/ YGN00322 Overshooting Samples and Call Drops.

Supporting KPIs
- KPIs Check
- UMTS Packet Lose is normal:
- Accessibility KPIs are normal
- CS Calls have few Drops on U900 Cells, due to High RTWP. Issue.
- Other KPIs are normal

Conclusion
- Main Serving site YGN00213 & YGN00322 U900 Cell
observe High RTWP, that is degrading User perception.
- Traffic Balancing & Down tilting is recommended.
