REVIEW: WHAT IS A
SENTENCE?
A sentence is a group of words that express a complete thought.
The statement tells the important who or what, then tells something
more about the who or what.

Sentences can be silly, but still make sense.

e.g. The rainbow dog flew over the sun.

A sentence needs to have a verb (process) (action, sensing, saying and

relating).
A sentence needs to have a subject/participant (noun) (be about
someone or something).
