Reviewing previous lesson:

Game: Cabbage Relay

Pupils will be in a circle formation. As the music plays, cabbage paper
will be pass. When the music stops, the pupil holding the cabbage will
get a leaf with question to answer.
1. What are the importance of planting trees and
fruit bearing trees?
2. Why is it important to plant and propagate
trees and fruit bearing trees?
3. How can these activities help elevate the life of
some Filipino families?

Using a video presentation, let the pupils watch the

benefits derived from planting and propagating
trees/fruit bearing trees. Let them take note of what
they have watched.

Group Activity
The class will be divided into 4 groups.

Group 1 – Camera, Action!

Prepare a short skit about the benefits that

your family derived from planting trees
and fruit bearing trees. Let the leader
explain what your group did.
Group 2 – Sing it!

Make a short jingle about the benefits

that your family can get from planting
trees and fruit bearing trees.
Group 3- Recite it!

Write a short poem giving the benefits

that we can get from planting trees.
Group 4- Draw it!

Draw a picture showing the benefits we

can get from planting trees and fruit
bearing trees.

Each group will prepare their outputs

within 2 minutes and 3 minutes for
presentation.
