 How Does the Warrant Work?

1. 15-year right to purchase shares from the company at fair market

value (like a stock option).
2. Price per share and the number of shares we can buy is set at your first
funding round.
3. Warrant is Founder friendly & dilutes over time, usually
representing 2% of the company by the time we invest in the company.
4. Founders face minimal dilution and personally gain value from being
in the Equity Collective.
