reported, gathered and consolidated in
each level of DepEd.

 KEY FINDINGS
• With the DepEd Rationalization Program,
positions responsible for partnerships and
resource mobilization are provided.
• Simplification of consolidation and reporting
procedures must be done given the workload of
the Regional/Division/School Partnerships
Focal Persons.
• Reporting and consolidation timelines must be
synchronized and strictly followed because of
certification requirements from other oversight
agencies i.e. DBM, DOF, NEDA.

 It is a harmonized and simplified data gathering

and reporting tool on schools’ external
partnerships in the Department of Education
(DepEd).

 It aims to capture information on all partnership

initiatives within DepEd to strategically address
resources gaps in basic education delivery.

 It enables all DepEd partnerships focal persons and

the External Partnerships Service to serve as
clearing house of all external partnership initiatives
in DepEd.
