What is Artificial Intelligence?
• Artificial intelligence, as know as AI, is the imitation of
human intelligence.
• That allows machines to perform in an extremly
intelligent manner.
• So basically, an AI system perceives its environment in
a manner that help its analytical self in maximizing its
chances of succes.
• There are four type:
Reactive Machines
• Hasn’t memory, only responds to different
stimuli.
• It does what programmed for.
• Examples:
• AI Chess
• Factory robot-arm
Limited memory
• Firstly limited memory machines can store past
experiences or some data for short period
• Secondly, these machines can use different set of
stored data for limited period only
• Examples:
• Self-driving car
• Digital Assistant
Theory of Mind
• These types of AI machines have still not
developed.
• But researchers are making plenty of efforts and
improvement for developing such AI machines.
• It understands the needs of other intelligent
entities
Self-Awareness
Self-awareness AI is the way forward for
computer science. These machines are going to be
super intelligent due to their different activities
and can have their consciousness, sentiments, and
self-awareness.
