changing and we have many ways for communication between people, inclusive when they are in other
countries. These changes in different ways of communication are used by older people as well as young people,
for example:

The older people always communicate more formal and have following features:
• First, older people use the more smartphones. With their mobile phones, they make calls to family and
friends.
• Second, older people use "WhatsApp" and Facebook, it is very easy to use and communicate.
• Finally, the older people use the home telephone. Not very useful but it helps.

The young people are more informal and have following features:
• They use social media, like Facebook, WhatsApp, Instagram, LinkedIn, among others.
• They use smartphones to make the calls, but mainly they use for chatting.
