TURNOUT TESTING
Turnout Testing
During USFD testing of Turnout, in switch portion the guide roller
of Rail tester hinders the movement of trolley, hence the complete
testing of Tongue rail is not possible using the Rail Tester.

CMS crossing :- USFD testing is not applicable on CMS


crossing. However it should be closely
obseved by Keyman during his daily
patrolling duty for any crack/visual
defect.
