Sales Proposal
• To condense current pipeline couple of things we request as support
from management
• For Professionals who are looking for conditional sales , we request 20.80
builder subvention as an exception for a few clients. The cost of this proposal
shall come around Rs. 1500 psft.
• The team shall try to close the deals @20500 INR ( Base Rate) psft saleable
with the above mentioned subvention scheme, but the base rate requested
for closure by the sales team – Rs. 19000 psft saleable

• For the bulk booking in discussion, A Jain temple in our premises needs to be
explored as an offering. However, post discussion with 15-20 active clients
and inventory selection, sales team will make an official proposal to the
management.
