 Grooming means keeping ourselves clean and neat.
 Grooming is also about having good posture or appearance as practicing good
health habits.

 You should eat good food.
 Good food helps build a good and healthy body.
 We should always exercise to make our body strong.
 We should keep our bodies clean to prevent diseases and other health
problems.
 We wash our bodies, we wash off germs that can cause diseases.
 How We Clean Our Bodies
We keep our bodies clean by;

- Washing our bodies in warm and cold water using soup and cloth.
- Brushing our teeth before and after meals.
- Cutting our nails before they become too long and dirty.
- Using a handkerchief or tissue paper when blowing or wiping our nostrils.

 How We Can Improve Our Appearances


We can improve the way we look by;

- Wearing clean clothes that fit us well.


- Washing our bodies will give us a good image.
- By walking and standing straight instead of bending forward.
- Eating healthy foods so that the body can grow well.
- Doing plenty exercise.
