 CDRs generated by GSNs collected in real time;
 Buffering the CDRs
 Preprocessing the CDRs, such as CDR consolidation and filtering, deleting
certain CDR fields, and modifying or adding some CDR fields.
 Transferring the CDRs to the BS.
