    In Roskilde, there were 3 Aconex environments: Quality, Procurement, and general documents. The archive was only done for the general documents environment, while the other two were exported to Excel. The Aconex backup can be opened with the .exe file and easily copied to a hard drive, providing access to documents and emails similarly to the online version.     BACK-UP ACONEX

    In Roskilde we had 3 different environments:


    • Quality
    • Procurement
    • All other documents

    The archive was done only in the last environment. For the other two, an export was done to
    excel.
    BACK-UP ACONEX

    Aconex is opened by clicking in the ‘.exe’ file.


    The back-up can be easily copied to any hard drive.
    BACK-UP ACONEX

    Aconex is opened in the default explorer. There is access to documents, mails, etc.

    It works quite similarly to the online version.


    QUOTATION

    The back-up cost 2.500$ per environment.
