AREAS OF CONCERN
• Few Free Issue materials are still not available with UIPL/IOCL

• Piping erection on Hold due to mismatch in PSV Flanges on structure E

( letter No. L-UIPL-01020 dated 17/12/2013)

• Road construction work denying access for crane movement for piping erection
on Structure F (see photograph)

• Cleaning of fire proofing materials from piperack/piping and equipment all over
DHDT, prior to painting (see photograph)

• Concrete pedestals for pipe supports throughout in DHDT are not in place.
Rectification works are still in progress holding up mechanical completion of
various hydro-test loops(see photograph)

• At some locations in DHDT, steam condensate manifolds and utility stations are
fouling with electrical installations like Cable trays, Lighting fixtures, junction
boxes etc. (see photograph)

• Pending payment of Rs.18.92 Lacs for extra claims for Additional works in Reactors

• Indecision on mode of payment for other agency’s work done by us for
installation of prefabricated Instrumentation hook up spools
