 To enhance knowledge on grinding operation for improved

performance

 Develop skills, understanding, data interpretation and

problem solving

After the training, the trainees will be able to:

• Estimate the impact of material characteristics on mill performance
• Compare the performance of different types of crushers, mills and
drying systems
• Describe the ball mill internal equipment (lines, ball charge, …) and
their impact on performance
• Describe the different types of separators and interpret the tromp
curve
• Describe the operation principles of a grinding shop
