Google Forms
- An online tool you can use to collect
information from people via personalized
quizzes or surveys.
- You need a Google account to make a
Google Form, but you don't necessarily
need an account to accomplish a form.
You Should Know
- Once the form is submitted, a spreadsheet automatically
record the answers.
- The quiz or survey is recorded in real-time.
- By default the flow of the form is in series, however, with
conditional branching the process can be altered.
- Conditional branching is applicable only for Multiple
Choice and Dropdown choices. Sectioning is required.
- Shortcut keys like Ctrl+z, Ctrl+y, Ctrl+v, Ctrl+x and
Ctrl+c are usable.
- All actions will be autosmatically saved (creator’s side)
except in Settings.
- create a Flowchart in dealing with a complex
form (conditional branching).
- Plan out your form before creating it online.
- Be careful w/ the link (edit or view) you share to
others.
- If section is applied, pages will be displayed by
section.(RESPONDENT’S VIEW)
- any added item/question will appear below the
active (chosen) item/question.
- Items/questions can be dragged and dropped
(creator’s side).
- You can share form (template or collaborator).
