Issues related to Land Acquisition
• Proposal for R & R scheme is under approval by commissioner,
Konkan division.
• Subsequently, R & R award for structures on government land to be
issued by R & R admin.
• Shifting of unauthorized secondary school building at government
land at Anjur. Land already transferred to NHSRCL.
• Slow progress of publication of land acquisition award. Especially for
land plot where structure exists. All awards need to be published by
Dec21 as validity of Section 19 is till Dec 21.

Rolling stock Maintenance Depot and Stabling Yard in Thane
Issues
• Total progress of land is 46.50 ha out of 57.25 Ha. Remaining award
for 10.75 ha private land is to be published.
• DC Earthing/Grounding station of MSETCL is existing in 20.33 Ha of
land parcel of proposed Depot. Shifting of DC Earthing station on an
alternate location needs to be expedited by MSETCL. NHSRCL has
already made payment of Rs.14.45 Cr. to GoM treasury as per 7/12
records which was in the name of GoM.
• Consent of Grampanchayat Surai and Bharodi for diversion of a
existing road passing through depot.
• JMR of remaining 5 Ha of land in Bhiwandi Taluka.

• Submission of Drawings and Contractual documents in progress:
o 1st set of Shop drawing for GAD 1134 for P-4(X) and GAD 61 for P-4(Y) submitted on 17.05.2021. This is the first
milestone and has been achieved.
