providing a hard copy of it every week along with
their Learning Activity Sheets since we are in the
Printed Modular Learning Delivery Modality. When it

Do you feel that this collection of work really
reflects your abilities and what you have achieved
this year through the LDM course? Why or Why
not?
When I first heard and read the artifacts in
this LDM Practicum, I was a little bit
confused. My question is
“Where will I get these artifacts?” But
through reading all over again the course I
soon realized that it is not hard. Most
especially if you have documented all the
required artifacts. As I begin to made this, I
see the progress of my students, myself and
I can’t help to think and look back how this
school year began. I said to myself “Look,
how far I went and how good I become”. It
also manifests my commitment to enhance
my teaching skills and improving my
strengths and weaknesses to give my
learners the quality education they deserve.
Given our country's current situation as a
result of the pandemic, and our educational
system's efforts to provide alternative ways
for learners to access quality education, this
course engaged me in becoming more
knowledgeable and skilled in terms of
implementing the most appropriate learning
delivery modality in their respective areas.
This also motivated me to better understand
our students' needs and the most effective
ways to provide instructional support while
keeping their health and welfare in mind. It
may be difficult to document everything we
have done because it has slipped our minds to
capture everything we do. I am pleased with
all of the knowledge and skills I have acquired,
particularly the significant improvements in
my students. This module is not the end, but
rather the beginning of a new era in
education, and I will never be tired of learning
something for the benefit of my students. I
will ensure that my students advance to the
next level with all of the necessary skills.

message in their Portfolios. If their work is
excellent, I will praise them and give them good
grades, but if there are any flaws, I will make
comments to help them learn better. I'll point
out their errors and what they'll do to fix them.
I also notify parents if I notice their child is
inactive or distracted, which may be the cause
of poor grades or failure to submit work

Every quarter, our grade level holds a parent-
teacher meeting. It's a fantastic opportunity for
us to share our students' accomplishments,
growth, and progress in class. During the
meeting, parents are free to share their
experiences, ask questions, and provide
feedback. This allows both parties to address
the challenges encountered and find potential
solutions to improve our students' academic
progress.

face and consultation (subject to IATF protocols)

The photos show that aside from online platform, I

also initiate limited face-to-face consultation subject
to IATF protocols. These consultations are usually
done for the parents of those learners who are not
compliant in the submission of their activity sheet
output and tasks. To better understand the issues
faced by these learners, I call for their
parents/guardian to conduct consultation in order to
inform them about the root causes of the non-
compliant behaviour by the learners.
