3 Types of Bosses:
1.The Good Boss:

a.Gives constructive feedback, works with other leaders, grateful for your contribution

2.The Bad Boss:

a.No constructive feedbacks, no interest in your individual development, only needs you when they have messed up

3.The Overwhelmed Boss

a.Good intentions, but always busy and unable to give leading attention, happy about your own leadership

Autonomy: Need to control of our own life

Mastery: Continually improving our skill set
