 The biggest challenge was to design an efficient structural

system and easy to construct as the site was at remote
location
 Efficient and economical steel structural system was
decided
 After construction Tauktae cyclone appeared and
structure remained intact.
 All detailed drawings were provided with all minute details

Underground circular water tank
 2.5 lac liters capacity underground water tank
was designed
 The design was done using limit state method
along with all necessary checks.
 The design was also checked using 3D analysis
in STAAD.

G+3 commercial building

 G+3 commercial building was designed.

 RCC frame building was designed using ETABS.
 Due to architectural requirement adopted footings
were raft, eccentric and isolated.
 As the plan of building was not regular so earthquake
from both direction was considered.
Consultancy service for rehabilitation of
hostel building
 We were appointed as the consultancy service
for 20 year old hostel building.
 The building was designed before earthquake
and the client initially wanted to demolish
the whole building.
 However, after site visit and careful consideration
it was decided not to demolish the building and
go with repair options.
 Hence, we were able to save the huge sum of money.
