Regarding Telegram messages.

• Parents need to check the telegram messages regularly as there can be

important messages posted.

• Check telegram at least twice a day(morning/afternoon).

• Please note that the Power Point Presentations done online during lessons
are uploaded in Telegram parents group every Friday(Including
activities/notes).

• If the parents need to communicate with the teacher , can send

individual messages to the teacher through Telegram(not MT).

• Please ensure that both the parents (mother/ father) are in the Telegram
group.
How to solve technical problems regarding Microsoft Teams. & how to manage
your Microsoft Teams details.
• Before joining online sessions, students should be ready with the correct MT
password and email address.

• If there are any issues parents can send a message to the school hotline mentioning
the following,
Student’s name
Class
Admission number
Parent/ guardian’s contact number.
• The message should be sent via telegram to the hotline.
School Hotline: 0777 700 937

• Please keep the email address (starting from the admission number) and the
password written down in a place where it’s easily remembered.

• Do not give the MT details to anyone. It should be given to the class teacher, staff
member of the troubleshooting department or the management for solving
any issues regarding MT.
 How to join MT lessons on time.

• Please login to MT at least 10 minutes before the lesson commences.

• Once you log in in case you cannot join the relevant class ,please check the
telegram messages for cancellations . If there is no cancellation and you
cannot join the on going class , please drop a message to the relevant MT
subject channel.

• Please note that 11th and 12th February normal online sessions will be
conducted. Please see that your child joins the lessons on time.
Preparation of the student for online sessions.
• The student should be in their PE kit when attending the lessons. They should
be properly groomed.

• They should have all the necessary books for the lessons with them.

• Students can have a small snack and a water bottle next to them in case if they
are hungry.

• The student should be punctual to the lessons, unless there is a technical issue.

• When they join the lesson please make sure their microphones and cameras
are switched on to greet the teacher, after that they may switch it off till the
teacher requests to switch it on again.

• The study area of the student should be a quiet place, where there are no
background noises to be heard.

• Until the lesson is over the child should be at the study table as if they are in
the physical classroom. Nevertheless, during the breaks child should be away
from the screen.

• At the end of the session please note that your child leaves the lesson.
Parents co-operation during and after online sessions.
During online sessions
• Parents please note that all the earlier mentioned points are to be followed.

• While the student is in the lesson parents please make sure not to speak
near the device as it will be a disturbance.

• Parents can help the child during online sessions by explaining the
difficult areas, but it should be done by muting the microphone.

• The children who are having difficulties can use the raise
hand option before switching on the microphone and
clarify the difficult areas from the teacher.

• When the child’s camera is switched on parents can be

away from the camera or can be there by dressing
conservatively.

• If the child is not well or not ready for the lesson please don’t force them
to join the lesson instead let them watch the recording or the power
point presentation later.

• Students need to behave properly during online sessions.

After online sessions

• Parents can help them with the day’s homework and make them practice reading
too by getting them to read their Oxford reader.

• Please make sure that they write nice handwriting if not please correct their
letter formations. They should do neat work.

• If they are tired let them rest a bit. Then continue with the
work again.

• Please spend time with them after online sessions if

possible by playing with them or talking to them.
Errors students do in their books

Messages from the Buddhism teacher.

• Please complete the Buddhism writing book(yellow colour coded book)by

writing notes and drawing or pasting related pictures.

• Child should study the salutation to mother and father with the English
meaning.

• Please make them recite the gatha and kavi learnt so far at home while
worshiping, offering flowers, oil lamps etc…, in order to make them
practice.

• Make them worship the parents before they go to bed as a practice.
