Internship in Dabasiya Engineering Works has been carried out by Kishor

LAYOUT OF PLANT
 INTRODUCTION

 Dabasiya engineerings works is the manufacturer and repairers of farming equipment like
cultivators, seeding machine, repairing of bore well equipment and manufacturer of bore
well and farming equipment.
 In bore well machinery bore well pipes are going threw wear and tear due to wear and tear
the thread of pipe are gone. After repair the thread and make new thread of it.
 In bore well machinery for supporting element of submersible motor like clamp and weight
carrying rod .
 And in bore well for pipe supporting element like cement pipe clamp for supporting for
clamp.
 During internship we were taught the complete manufacturing process comprising
different types of machines right from lathe machine process to final N.D.T process to
obtain finished product.
 CEMENT PIPE CLAMP

• Cement pipe clamp is used for camping the cement

pipe in bore well.
• And is also used for proper alignment of pipe and
supporter of pipe.
• For making this clamp ms sheet is used and for
bending is used bending machine.
• And for hole for clamp is used drilling machine.
• For joining of whole angle spot welding is used
MOTOR CLAMP
 Motor clamp is used for clamp the motor in
bore well.
 For making this clap first of all heat the thick
plate and it reaches it at temperature after we
used mechanical press and after making the
shape.
 After the use of drilling machine we drill the
hole and manufacture the clamp.
THREADING OF PIPE

 In bore well this pipe is use for drill the

bore well.
 In this pipe due to wear and tear the
thread is removed and not doing that
proper work. For this the already
threaded part is cut.
 And after new thread is manufacture on
the pipe.
CULTIVATOR

 Cultivator is used for farming.

 For making the cultivator first of the tube
pipe is used for the frame of this
cultivator.
 After manufacture of tines. And joining of
tines clamp is used.
 For making of tines gas cutting is used.
 And joining of tines the nut and bolt is
used.
 INSPECTION OF MACHINES
 
 After the machine is ready we apply paint on in for resistance of
corrosion and long life.
 And we NDT on machine to check the crack of outer surface
smoothen or not.
 In NDT testing most of the time is liquid penetration technique
has to be done on the surface.
After we transport machine to destination.
 Outcomes of Summer Internship
 
 Capability to acquire and apply fundamental principles.
 Ability to communicate efficiently.
 Practical Knowledge – During internship we learnt the Standard
Operating Parameter of different machines that were installed
in the production line.
 We acquired welding skills such as Arc welding and Gas cutting.
 We understood the practical working of Body forming and
flanging of steel.
GLIMPS OF INTERNSHIP
 CONCLUSION

 From my experience at Dabasiya engineering works, I was able to get a better

understanding of how the production of Plant machinery is carried out and how
the various types of machineries involved in production works.

 I enjoyed working with Dabasiya engineering works production team to devise

and implement different technical skills.

 The internship program has improved my ‘personal attitude’, ‘Communication

skills’ and ‘Work attitude’.

Overall, I found the summer internship experience to be positive, and I’m

sure I will be able to use the skills I learned in my career later.
