• Accidents may happen with anyone,
anywhere and anytime.
• So we should always be careful and
follow safety rules to avoid
accidents.
But, what if
these rules
are not
followed and
accidents
happen?
So what ?
• Firstly inform an adult or call a doctor.
• Before the arrival of doctor first aid
should be given to the injured person.

But What is first aid?

• First aid is the immediate help given to an
injured person before the arrival of a
doctor.
• First aid can prevent the condition of the
victim from getting worse.
• Do not panic while giving first aid.
• First aid for burns
In case of serious burns
First aid for animal bite
First aid for fracture
• Splint can be tied
around the fractured
part to give support.
• Sling is the cloth used
to support the
fractured part.

• Sprain is caused
when tissues
around a joint get
torn.
