Step 1 : Preparation
1. will, ambition and ability to judge

3. Don’t be afraid after reading the requirements
4. Get the tools! Lets start it!
a) Use the right paper
b) Can be typed or written
c) No strikethrough no tip-ex
d) Use large envelope
Step 2 : Requirements
1. Short and clear
2. Correct spelling
3. Do not use too many “I think”
4. Do not be too low
5. Do not say your weakness
6. Think carefully for mentioning salary
7. Preferred being simple and understandable
8. The arrangement must be clear
Step 3 : Content
1. Heading
Example : “ Re: Application letter for the Post of Junior Secretary
2. Write down where you got the job vacancy ( newspaper, magazine,
internet)
3. Write down important things
Write down your capability (education, work experience)
Write down your skill, do not make yourself too high nor too low
4. Why you want to apply for this job, do not mock your previous job
5. Tell them you want to get a chance to be interviewed
