should be judged

 How to plan the test and write the
questions to be included
 How to administer the test properly
 How to interpret the test scores

 Is it right to assess a specific


knowledge or investigate a certain
question?
 Are there some aspects of the teaching-
learning situations that should not be
assessed?

1. Teacher has the fundamental


responsibility to ensure that the
participants in an assessment are
protected from physical or
psychological harm, discomfort or
danger that may arise due to the
testing procedure.

confidential results.
Such should be known only by the
concerned and the teacher.

necessary to conceal the objective of
the assessment from the students to
ensure fair and impartial results.
