INCIDENT SYNOPSIS: While dog sitting Eggsy’s dog, Brandon enters into Eggsy’s room without his permission and touch his belongings

without the knowledge of Eggsy.

EXPLANATION: Invading someone’s privacy is an unethical behaviour. It is also inappropriate to touch someone’s belongings because some

colleague or peoples may dislike that kind of behaviour.

EFFECT: It can make people or your colleague angry and their trust for you will affected.

RECOMMENDATION: It is important to not invade someone’s privacy as they might not like it. At least get their permission first before doing

something that may involve their privacy.

CRITICAL INCIDENT 5

INCIDENT SYNOPSIS: During the formal meeting, Head of Statesman has ask Agent Tequilla to wear a tie as it is a formal occasions between

the higher-ups of Statesman.

EXPLANATION: In a formal meeting, one’s should follow the dress code that has been set for employees. If someone failed to do so, it shows

the lack of professional ethics during work.

EFFECT: It can be interpret wrongly by other colleague that he do not take the job seriously.

RECOMMENDATION: It is important to follow the dress code in a formal meeting to the professionalism at work.

INCIDENT SYNOPSIS: The President not giving cooperation to help cure those who affected with drugs used by them and not accepting an

opinion from his Chief of Staff.

EXPLANATION: As a President, he should make a discussion and accept other opinions. By being selfish and make blatant decision, it will set

a bad example to employees.

EFFECT: It can lead to a bad relationship with employees and downfall of an organization.

RECOMMENDATION: Everything always need to be discussed thoroughly before taking a decision in order to get the best result.
