The monitor stores electrical and mechanical error codes. A maximum of 20 error codes
can be stored. If 20 error codes are stored and a new error code happens, the oldest error
code is deleted.
It is possible to delete the electrical error codes from the monitor memory, but mechanical
error codes remain. If the error code is displayed together with “E”, the error code is active
and can not be deleted.

When mechanical failures are selected, all 11 error codes are displayed with numbers on
each side. On the left side the frequency of occurrence and on the left side the service
meter reading of the first occurrence of this error code is displayed.
Mechanical error codes cannot be deleted. Use the Up /Down buttons to scroll through
the list.

When the default set up screen is selected, it allows to change the settings. Every time the
machine is switched ON, the monitor will display the same mode. The “Key-on mode”
allows the selection of the mode for each operator preference at start up.
The other default setup screens are for Unit (SI Unit, Metric, Imperial, pressure as well as
temperatures) and for the selection of “With or Without Service Circuit”.
If the Service Circuit is not selected then the icon is removed from the standard screen at
the mode symbol.

The service mode the adjustment section allows the service technician to carry various
adjustments to the machines performance.
Change the hydraulic pump absorption torque through the monitor by using the UP /
DOWN buttons. The torque can be increased or lowered according attached table.Make
sure 224 is selected before adjusting the PC valve.
Change the engine low idle speed through the monitor by using the UP / DOWN buttons.
The low idle speed can be increased according attached table. Make sure 320 is selected
before adjusting the governor motor linkage.
During compound operation between the boom raise spool and the service spool the
distribution of the flow from the hydraulic pump would choose to go to the service spool,
therefore the ability to alter the flow distribution is given in the monitor panel.
By selecting the different values below we alter the balance of flow between the spools in
A and E Modes only.
