CONCLUSION:
• The 10th-14th Principles of Management by Fayol remind us that in order to be
efficient and effective, first we must put the right person in the right place. The
so called “Palakasan System” should be avoided. We must follow what is
mandated by the law and orders. Second, we have to enflesh the value of equity
which is to treat all employees equally and impartially. Discrimination must be
shunned. Third, stability of employees must be secured because employees
whose tenure of office is secured are more motivated and they deliver the best.
Fourth, initiative should also be considered by managers. We must encourage our
employees to express their ideas and suggestions. Listening to them and hearing
their voices could actually motivate them to do better and strive harder. And
lastly, we should create a unified atmosphere. A place where team work among
employees surfaced in everyone’s mind and heart. A community which advocates
for cooperation and not for competition. After all, we have an old cliche which
says “Teamwork makes the dream work”
