Head-Facility Management
● Responsible for overseeing the development, maintenance ,Security and
operations of healthcare facilities
● They coordinate all installments,refurbishments and also continues to
ensure about safety of facility
● Works closely with team to understand their needs and priorities

Head-Nursing
● Managing Nursing staff ,including ensuring compliance to security processes
● Create and distribute weekly work lists
● Monitoring , Organizing and updating patient records in hospitals
● Delivers weekly reports to head of facility
● Assist in training of new nurses or those who requires help

Chief Dietitian
● Develop policies for food services or nutritional programs to assist in health
promotion and disease control.
● Consults with physicians to determine the nutritional needs and diet
restrictions of patients.
● Coordinate diet counselling services.
