Factor Comparison method

It is systematic and scientific method of job evaluation under which each job is
ranked according to series of factors . The pay is determined by comparing the
weights and the scores of factors

Steps Involved :-

● Ranking those jobs by factors
● Assign weightage and importance of factors
● Developing scale for evaluation ,Wage Fixing

Head-Facility Management
● Responsible for overseeing the development, maintenance ,Security and
operations of healthcare facilities
● They coordinate all installments,refurbishments and also continues to
ensure about safety of facility
● Works closely with team to understand their needs and priorities

Head-Nursing
● Managing Nursing staff ,including ensuring compliance to security processes
● Create and distribute weekly work lists
● Monitoring , Organizing and updating patient records in hospitals
● Delivers weekly reports to head of facility

● Develop policies for food services or nutritional programs to assist in health
promotion and disease control.
