Evaluation
Summary

After installing the tablets, integrating the POS


system in each of them, and training the
management, as well as the FOH and BOH staff,
we, finally, run a test of the tablets by inviting friends
and family. In the following slides, will be presented
the findings of the survey conducted at the end of
the tablet test launch.

• Check out time
• The % of correct orders received
• Tablets functionality
• Wait time in the lobby

tablets had frozen several times.
