 Introduction
• The course allocation system will facilitate departmental HOD for
course allocation and it also generates a suitable timetable that will
support department faculty.
• Courses will be allocated to faculty according to their designation and
preferred expertise.
• Faculty will also get their allocated courses timetable through this
system.
 Problem Statement
Course allocation is a hectic for any person. Currently course allocation
is being done manually which causes wastage of time and inaccuracy on
the number of courses allocated to the faculty. Moreover, courses are
not allocated to faculty according to their designation and preferred
expertise.
 Project Scope
• Proposed system will provide simple step to allocate courses to
concerned faculty.
• Proposed system will allow admin to make changes on the courses like
adding, dropping and also allocate to different faculty if needed.
• Proposed system will allow faculty to view their timetable with
allocated courses by logging into the system.
 Functional Requirements
• Proposed system admin and users can login into the system.
• Courses will be allocated to the faculty according to their designation
and preferred expertise.
• All data will be uploaded on the server.
• An excel sheet file will be generated of allocated courses.
• Faculty will be able to view their allocated courses with corresponding
classes and timetable.
• Admin will be able to edit allocated courses.
 Tools and Languages
• Flutter.
• Dart.
• Backend (PHP, MySQL).
• Android Studio.
