HEALTH AND SAFETY PLAN
ENSURING THE
IMPLEMENTATION
OF THE MINIMUM PUBLIC
HEALTH STANDARD
Strict observation of the
following:
• Face masks must be worn throughout the event.
• At least one-meter safe distance between individuals
• Participants must be seated only at their assigned
seats.
• Handshake or any form of physical contact is
discouraged.
• Only the parents or one designated guardian shall
be permitted to accompany a completer.
All participants are required to undergo the
following in the proper order upon entrance:
•Alcohol disinfection
•Body temperature scan
•Vaccine card authentication
•Registration through Health
Declaration Form
•Passing through the air purifier
All participants are required to undergo the
following in the proper order during program:
• Ushers lead the participants to their
designated seats with one-meter safe
distance from each other.
• Ushers guide the participants in lining up for
the reception of the certificates of completion.
• Ushers ensure that participants observe
social distance.
All participants are required to undergo the
following in the proper order upon exit:
•Ushers lead the participants to the
exit way by lining up per row
observing social distance.
