Opening
Assalamualaikum wr.wb. Greetings to all of us. Dear Mrs.
Eva, as an English teacher. First of all, thank Allah for
giving me health, so I can give a remote presentation

Let me introduce my self, I’m Elvi Nurya Ningsih


from the twelve th grade Computer and networking
department
Before proceeding to the presentation material. I will tell you
what PKL (Field Work Practice) is. PKL is a form of activity that
takes place in a direct work environment. I've done PKL and was
placed in PT. Serasi Logistics Indonesia. I was placed at the
branch office of PT. Serasi Logistics, namely at Jln Mitra Sunter
Boulevard No. Kavling .90, Sunter Jaya, Tanjung Priok, North
Jakarta City, Jakarta 14350
PT Serasi Logistics was founded on July 27, 2009. and this PT is
included in the logistics (shipping) sector. Name of leader on PT.
Serasi Logistics Indonesia is Happy Putro Wibowo
Internship Background
Implementation of Field Work Practice (PKL)
activities as the village embodiment of "Link and
Match". The implementation process is carried out in
two places, namely Schools and the World of Industry
/ Business / Institutions. From this street vendor,
students will have a high work ethic in accordance
with the expectations of the business world and
industry

PKL ACTIVITIES
 Receive Documents from internal and external
vendors.
Inspection of documents originating from vendors so
that they can be uploaded in the company database. In
addition, we also studied the calculation of invoice
documents and tax invoices.
 Archiving shipment documents to Bindex according
to the date of creation of the document and type of
shipment.
Sort the documents according to the invoice number
and the date in the document, then categorized using
a paper punch, and entered into the index according
to the order of the invoice number.
 Input data using Microsoft Excel and Accurate
Accounting Software.
Input data and look for invoice numbers to be
processed.
 Copying and scanning documents using a
photocopier
Receiving documents from our supervisors and we
are assigned to copy them and scan the documents
into several copies.
CONCLUSION
We can conclude that during my internship there
were we get new knowledge that is very valuable,
besides that we also get experience where it is tired of
being an employee / employee where you have to go
back and forth at a considerable distance and are also
required to work quickly and thoroughly, be
disciplined and establish cooperation and good
communication between superiors and other
employees to achieve success at a job.
SUGESSTION
My suggestion
 More initiative in the work environment.
 The cooperation between internship

participants is good and continues to be


improved.
 Try to find a street vendor place that fits your

field of expertise because there is still a lot of


knowledge in the industrial world.
 if only this is the presentation that i will deliver
