open to all 15-30 years old lady
and a bonafide resident of Brgy.
Upper Mainit, Malungon
Sarangani Province
2. To determine the Final 3 candidates, they shall
compete through the following criteria for judging:

i.Advocacy - 10 points
ii.Personality/Behavior – 10 points
iii.Influence – 5 points
iv.Stage Presence (Production) – 10 points
v.Poise and Bearing (Creative Denim)- 5 points
vi.Beauty (Casual)- 10 points
vii.Grace under Pressure (Speech) -10 points
viii.Body and Figure (Swimwear)- 10 points
ix.Elegance (Gown)- 10 points
x.Intelligence (Prelim. Interview)- 20 points
3. To determine the winner , the
criteria are as follows:
a.Beauty, Confidence and
Personality – 50 points
b.Eloquence and Intelligence - 50
points
4. Board of Judges and
selection committee will give
1 as the lowest and 10 as the
highest on the given portions
based on their performances.
 Ranking system will be used to
5. score each candidate. Points
given by the judges will be
ranked by the tabulators and be
multiplied with the weighted
points per portion to determine
the final score.
6. The decision of the
board is final and
irrevocable.
