officials took the chance away. In this paper, there are 3 moral values that everyone should
possess and that is the value of fairness, integrity, and the self-discipline. In the value of
fairness, we have to be mindful with our actions and treat each other fairly because we are all
just humans. In the value of integrity, a leader should possess honesty because building the
trust of the people they lead will strengthen the relationship with the leader and its people.
Lastly in the value of discipline, disciplining yourself will lead you to discipline other people.
