Management Games for MBA
Truth and lie game: In this game, the students have to write two
facts and one lie on paper. Then each student is asked to read aloud,
and the rest have to identify the lie. It’s an excellent game to
improve the observational skills of students.

Making advertisements: In this game, the students are asked to


create advertisements for a product or service in small groups. The
advertisements should be on radio, TV, and print media along with
captions. The group which dies a creative work is declared as a
winner.

• Behavior Modeling, a component of Social Learning Theory, is the act of


guiding the employees how to do something by showing them the
standard modeled behavior.
• This process is of the premise that people tend to inevitably learn things they
see in a hands-on way.
