occasions like wedding, birthday, christening, debut,

celebration. Located at San Pascual Sto. Domingo, Nueva

In general, the judges will be provided an interface where they will input scores ranging from 75-100; 75 being
the lowest and 100 the highest.

In determining the Top 10, their scores in the 5 segments will be obtained.
From therein, 20% will be obtained from Casual Wear, another 20% from Swimsuit, the other 20% will be coming from Long
Gown, 20% from the Creative Attire, , and the rest come from Casual Interview with 20%.
 
FINAL RANKING
 
After identifying the top 10, all scores will be back to zero and this time the judges will be giving score ranging from 75-
100 in Beauty and intelligence separately.
 
Our tabulators will get 70% of the raw scores for beauty and 30% of the raw scores for intelligence.
 
Note:
Ranking System shall be used in all segments/competitions in this pageant which includes Casual, Swimsuit, Creative,
Talent, Long Gown, and Casual Interview Competitions.

WHEREAS, Municipacilty of Sto. Domingo is the overall Organizer of the Search for Bb. Sto. Domingo 2017 in cooperation with JVC’ s Star Event
 
WHEREAS, the Municipality shall be in charge in setting the activities of the Search in coordination with JVC’s Star Event;
 
WHEREAS,JVC’s Star Event is in charge in appointing a Director and its Staff and Committee to facilitate the said search;
 
WHEREAS, JVC’s Star Event and Municipality administration agrees to provide the safety and security of the candidates during the events of the search;
 
WHEREAS, the said party will provide the candidates their official shirts, production outfit, casual wears, swimwear and the official Shoes;

WHEREAS, the Municilityof Sto. Domingo shall provide the prizes, trophies, flowers ( bouquet, lei, corsage) to the search such as:
 
 WHEREAS, the second party voluntarily participates in this search and that she possesses
the following qualifications: 17-24 years old, single, with height of at least 5’4”, a bonafide
resident of Cabanatuan, with good moral character.
  
 WHEREAS, the second party is required to submit the following requirements such as duly
filled-up application form, closed-up photo 5R (Studio Shot), whole-body 5R (Studio Shot),
birth certificate, residence certificate, and good moral certificate. All of which becomes a
property of the Search for Bb. Sto. Doming 2107.
  
 WHEREAS, the second party agrees to attend the activities and rehearsals on time and
cooperate with the Director;
  
 WHEREAS, the second party agrees to shoulder all other expenses that may be incurred
during the Search;
  
 WHEREAS, the second party agrees with the security arrangements that will be set forth by
the organizers;
  
 WHEREAS, the second party, if luckily wins the major award shall become and willingly
accept to be an Ambassadress of Goodwill for Sto. Domingo and made herself ALWAYS
available to represent the city in all its occasions and activities during the course of her
reign;
 
WHEREAS, the second party if luckily wins the major award shall serve as an
Image Model of the JVC’s Star Event and should always be available during the
course of her reign;
 
WHEREAS, the second party agrees to abide by the Other Rules and Regulations
in such a manner that should there be any protest or objection in any rules and
regulations as well as the results, the candidate will be required to file a
formal protest letter stating the nature of her objection and incase of
allegations against anyone in the committee or candidates, all protest letter
must be properly documented and proof of allegations must be submitted
directly to the Office of the Chairwoman.
 
WHEREAS, should the second party withdrew her participation without
justifiable reason, the organizers will have the right to demand damages in the
amount of Ten Thousand Pesos (PhP 10,000.00).
 
NOW THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the preceding premises, the
parties agree as specified
