Kính hiển vi ??
Kính hiển vi (microscopy) là thiết bị để quan sát các
vật thể có kích thước rất nhỏ mà mắt thường không
nhìn thấy được. Hình ảnh hiển vi của vật thể được
phóng đại thông qua một hoặc nhiều thấu kính , khả
năng quan sát của kính hiển vi được quyết định bởi
độ phân giải.
Cấu Tạo kính hiển
vi
Gồm các bộ phận chủ yếu sau:
+ Thị kính: là một ống hình trụ có hai hay nhiều
thấu kính, giúp hội tụ hình ảnh của mẫu vật lên
võng mạc của mắt.
+ Ống quan sát
+ Vật kính: là một ống hình trụ có một hay nhiều
thấu kính, để thu ánh sáng đi xuyên qua mẫu. Vật
kính có các độ phóng đại điển hình như 4x, 5x,
10x, 20x, 40x, 50x, 60x và 100x có thể được lắp
đặt trên cùng một mâm vật kính.
