Anxiety
It's your brain's way of reacting to stress and alerting you
of potential danger ahead.

DEFENCE MECHANISM
Is an unconscious psychological operation
that functions to protect a person from
anxiety-producing thoughts and feelings
related to internal conflicts and outer
REPRESSION
Subconsciously blocking ideas or impulses that
are undesirable.
DENIAL
Denial is a type of defense mechanism that
involves ignoring the reality of a situation to
avoid anxiety.
Reaction Formation
A defense mechanism in which a person
unconsciously replaces an unwanted or anxiety-
provoking impulse with its opposite, often
expressed in an exaggerated or showy way.
Sublimation
Is a mature type of defense mechanism, in which
socially unacceptable impulses or idealizations
are transformed into socially acceptable actions
or behavior, possibly resulting in a long-term
conversion of the initial impulse.

that are built up from childhood.

persons overall personality and behavior.
