 The purpose of field work
practice

Field Work Practice is an opportunity for students to apply the theories received during the learning process
obtained at SMK into the real world of work. In connection with the theories learned in Vocational High Schools,
they can be put into practice at the Field Work Practice which in this case is located at PT Enseval Putera
Megatrading Pulo Gadung. Given the difficulty of producing a disciplined, skilled and qualified workforce, many
universities are trying to improve the quality of human resources by improving the quality of education and
providing supporting facilities to produce quality graduates.

The objectives of the Field Work Practice at SMKN 39 Central Jakarta include:
1. Aims to gain insight into the experience of being an employee.
2. Aims to gain experience from real work carried out according to the disciplines obtained in SMK (according
to educational background).
3. Can apply the knowledge that I got in SMK to help the process of teaching and learning activities and
practice.
 Work Activities

In implementing the Field Work Practice, I was placed in the APJ (responsible pharmacist) section under the
supervision of Mrs. Rini as the company secretary and also Mrs. Intan as Supervisor at APJ at PT Enseval Putera
Megatrading TBK. The activities that the authors do during street vendors include:
1. Retrieve the temperature logger temperature thermometer CCP
2. Checking incoming goods (drugs)
3. Filing shipping invoices
4. Checking the specimen outlet
5. Input medical equipment report

6. Checking the invoice number in the sales register
7. Separate invoices by salesperson
8. Archive invoices for medical devices (medical devices)
9. Write PO register
10. Separate drug & non-drug invoices
11. Looking for specimen outlet / customer documents
12. Checking the invoice number in the letter of the road
13. Copying specimen outlet documents
14. Look for the PO paper according to the invoice number
15. Stamping medical equipment invoices to be archived.
 WORK ACTIVITES

In the implementation of the Field Work Practice, I was placed in the Accounting section under the supervision of
Mrs. Rini as company secretary and also Pa Tedja as Supervisor in Accounting at PT Enseval Putera Megatrading
TBK. The activities that the authors do during street vendors include:
1. Help clip documents/files.
2. Assist in filing BCA deposit documents/files.
3. Assist in photocopying the documents/files ordered by the father and mother in the accounting room.
4. Input the outlet return data into the excel program

CONCLUTION

During carrying out the Field Work Practice activities at PT Enseval Putera
Megatrading TBK, the authors drew several conclusions including the following:
The existence of this field work practice can provide an overview of the world of work,
knowledge in overcoming work environment problems, train good attitudes and
behavior in the work environment and also the importance of maintaining
communication between divisions such as in accounting and also in APJ so that there
is no miscommunication so that will cause errors with the current task. In addition, it is
also important to maintain the nature & attitude of leaders or superiors who are in the
location of street vendors, which is intended so that the good name of the school is
maintained.
