INTRODUCTION

• 1. Background of The Report.

• The implementation of industrial work practices


(Prakerin) is a training and learning that is carried
out in the Business World or the Industrial World
that is relevant to the competence and expertise
of each, in improving the quality of Vocational
High Schools (SMK) and also adding provisions
for the future in order to Entering the world of
work which is increasingly more and more
competitive in terms of competition
2. Purpose of industrial
practice

• In general, this work practice aims to provide an


overview to students at work, be it in a company
or in an agency.
CHAPTER II
THE JOB TRAINING PROCESS
2.1 The History of Transmart Pekalongan
Before the existence of Transmart Pekalongan, there
was first Carrefour. In short, Carrefour is an
international supermarket headquartered in France
and with the turn of the year the shares and
company name changed to PT. Trans Retail
Indonesia.
On May 28, 2019 PT. Trans Retail Indonesia
opened its outlet in Pekalongan City. Transmart
Pekalongan consists of four floors with the vision
and mission of shopping tourism founded by Sales
General Manager (SGM) Mr. Zamzam Nurzaman.
2.2 Activities during industrial practical work

3.1 Conclusion
After doing industrial work practices, I finally found
out the truth about the results obtained from school,
and gained knowledge about theories, practices and
materials or objects that had not been studied at
school.
In addition, I can find out how the experience of
working in the industry. With this, I have become
more mature and have more respect for my parents'
hard work.
3.2 Suggestion

Advice for industry


- Suggestions for the industry, I hope that the
cooperation between schools and companies will be
further enhanced by providing many opportunities for
vocational students for Industrial Work Practices and the
relationship between employees and prakerin students is
expected to always maintain harmony in order to create
a good working atmosphere.
