 Overview
•नवोदित : Carnival Of Art was a program was designed for freshers of art field
to show their talent.
• We social & Literature club Of KMC and माहुरी Team came together
and co-organizing this event.
About The Program
•The program was conducted virtually which gathered many art seekers and
artists.
•The program was completed in four phases;

First Phase:
•The participants filled and submitted the google form with their attached
contents.
•The arts were published on the Facebook page of नवोदित : Carnival Of Art.
Second phase:
•All the participants attended the virtual literary
workshop for one day.

Third phase:
•Shortlisted candidates were selected by the judges for live performance
in Program day.

Final phase:
•Closing ceremony of the program.
Goals
• To promote art and literature.
• To provide a platform for the students.
• To provide students with the necessary knowledge to pursue art.
• To inspire people to be interested and respectful towards art.
Objectives
• Engage students, bibliophiles, organizations and communities in the
modern world of literature, art and beyond.
• Exploration multiplicity of art and creativity in individual, and
community.
• Appreciate traditional, modern and postmodern forms of art and artists.
 Team Formation
• The organizing team was formed with members of KMC Social and
Literature club.
• Altogether, we made 4 teams (Carnival Team, Documentation Team,
Research Team, Communication Team).
Work division
We divided our work accordingly:
• Carnival Team- Conducted, Moderated and scheduled programs.
• Documentation Team-Wrote all the contents needed for programs.
• Communication Team- Handled all social media platforms and managed
sponsors.
• Research Team- Made everyday’s report of the program and presented.
• dfx'/L Team- Guided the organizing team.

Judgment Process
•All the contents were judged by our judges.
•Shortlisted candidates were selected by judges for performance day.
•Winners were decided by judges according to their markings
Workshop

• On 14 oct, we conducted our workshop from 12-2 PM

• Participants and Facilitators were welcomed in our program
• After that, we break out the rooms for poetry, Music and Fine arts.
• Where facilitators and participants were interacting in their respecting rooms.
• Then, we did some announcement and get formally ended.
 Program Day
• All the shortlisted candidates performed their respective arts.
• Guest performers also performed.
• Judges judged the candidates according to live performances.
 Closing Ceremony
• Today, we are having Closing Ceremony.
• We welcomed all of us.
• We listened feedbacks and experience of our judges
 Conclusion
•Our Program was successfully concluded.
•We tried our best to connect students from every corner of our country
and explore their talents.
•We would like to thank Kathmandu Model Higher Secondary School,
Lalitpur , Sponsors, Judges, Guest and dfx'/L Team.
